Citi Centre Mall is located downtown, at Wellington and King. Cinema patrons may use validated parking system to park free in either of the Mall's two parkades (bring your parking stub to the boxoffice for validation).

Citi Centre Mall is also easily accessible by public transit. The cinema is located on the upper level; use the escalator by The Fox & The Fiddle and Goodlife, or enter from parking level 5.

The cinema is fully wheelchair accessible and has assistive listening devices.
