He's an auto mechanic who spends his free time with his tight-knit band of bros, Chris, Nick and Ortu, with whom he does everything--poker, video games, shooting hoops, getting drunk and meeting women. But there is something about Adam that even his friends don't know. He is not that interested in women. When he comes out, sort of by accident but not really, his best friend Chris promises him that nothing will change but, of course, some things do. After the initial shock, the boys quickly come around to the fact that Adam is still the same dude, but when his double date with Chris ends disastrously, a drunken misunderstanding threatens to derail the group's entire dynamic. Inspired by the true story of Danish painter Einar Wegener and his California-born wife, this tender portrait of a marriage asks: What do you do when someone you love wants to change? It starts with a question, a simple favor asked of a husband by his wife on an afternoon chilled by the Baltic wind while both are painting in their studio. Her portrait model has canceled, and would he mind slipping into a pair of women's shoes and stockings for a few moments so she can finish the painting on time. 'Of course,' he answers. 'Anything at all.' With that, one of the most passionate and unusual love stories of the twentieth century begins.

A heroic action-thriller, 'The Finest Hours' is the remarkable true story of the greatest small boat rescue in Coast Guard history. On February 18, 1952, a massive nor'easter struck New England, pummeling towns along the Eastern seaboard and wreaking havoc on the ships caught in its deadly path, including the SS Pendleton, a T-2 oil tanker bound for Boston, which was literally ripped in half, trapping more than 30 sailors inside its rapidly-sinking stern. As the senior officer on board, first assistant engineer Ray Sybert (Casey Affleck) soon realizes it is up to him to take charge of the frightened crew and inspire the men to set aside their differences and work together to ride out one of the worst storms to ever hit the East Coast. Meanwhile, as word of the disaster reaches the U.S. Coast Guard station in Chatham, Massachusetts, Warrant Officer Daniel Cluff (Eric Bana) orders a daring operation to rescue the stranded men. Despite overwhelming odds, four men, led by Coast Guard Captain Bernie Webber (Chris Pine), set out in a wooden lifeboat with an ill-equipped engine and little, if any, means of navigation, facing frigid temperatures, 60-foot high waves and hurricane-force winds.

An American Tail is a beautifully rendered animated flim that tells an overly familiar story in terms children can easily understand. Fievel Mousekewitz and his family of Russian-Jewish mice escape from their homeland in the late 1800s, boarding a boat headed toward America to evade the Czarist rule of the Russian cats. Fievel, however, is separated from his family upon his arrival in New York City, and he discovers to his horror that there are cats in America too (his father said there weren't). Fievel meets his share of friendly and hostile mice, and he eventually befriends a cat as well. Former Disney animator Don Bluth co-produced and directed this often heartwarming yarn, the first animated feature presented by Steven Spielberg, and it has its charms despite a number of cliche situations.

The 1978 film adaptation of the Superman comics, directed by Richard Donner and starring Christopher Reeve as the titular superhero, was a commercial and critical success, notably for its special effects, mostly the blue-screen effects for Superman's flight sequences. However, the political conditions of Turkey had kept popular Hollywood films out of the Turkish market. As a solution to this problem, prominent Turkish filmmaker Kunt Tulgar went to a screening of Superman in Paris, trying to see what he would make that would appeal to Turkish audiences. The result is Supermen Donuyor, which translates to Superman Returns, not to be confused witht the official Superman movie from 2006.

Howling II: Your Sister Is a Werewolf is a 1985 horror film directed by Philippe Mora, as a sequel to the 1981 film The Howling. The film stars horror film veteran Christopher Lee along with Reb Brown and Annie McEnroe as they try to defeat Sybil Danning's werewolf queen Stirba and stop werewolves' plans to conquer the world. Although Gary Brandner, author of The Howling novels, co-wrote the screenplay, the Howling II film is largely unrelated to his Howling II novel from 1979, though it does introduce Eastern European customs and Romani into its werewolf mythology like the book.PlotBen White attends the funeral of his sister, journalist Karen White, the heroine of the previous film. Ben meets both Jenny Templeton, one of Karen's colleagues, and Stefan Crosscoe, a mysterious interloper who tells him Karen was a werewolf. Providing videotaped evidence of the transformation - and turning up to destroy Karen as her undead body rises from the grave - Crosscoe convinces Ben and Jenny to accompany him to Transylvania to battle Stirba, an immortal werewolf queen. Along the way, the trio encounter Mariana, another lusty werewolf siren, and her minion Erle

Robowar is a 1988 science fiction-action-horror film, starring Reb Brown, Catherine Hickland, and Massimo Vanni. Directed by Bruno Mattei under his most common pseudonym, Vincent Dawn, and written by the husband and wife team of Claudio Fragasso and Rosella Drudi, Robowar is a rip-off of the 1987 American film Predator, in the tradition of Shocking Dark and Strike Commando, both also directed by Mattei. Although featuring a partially American cast, the movie was never released in the US.PlotMajor Murphy Black leads a group of commandos through the jungles of an unnamed island, but unknown to all involved but Mascher, they are being stalked by Mascher's robot invention, Omega-1. Over the protests of Mascher, the group first saves a volunteer hospital worker, Virginia, from a band of guerrillas, then take out the hospital camp, killing all the guerrillas there, also. At this point, the robot begins killing members of the commando group, one by one. That night, Mascher admits to Murphy that he created Omega-1, that it was acting sporadically, and that he was there to check out the match-up between the decorated Murphy and Omega-1.
